Welcome to ServClin! By using our cleaning and laundry services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. General Agreement

By booking a service with ServClin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. ServClin reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  1. Service Eligibility & Vetting Process

New customers must complete an application and vetting process before being eligible for service.

A one-time setup fee is required for vetting, which may be credited toward your first service if approved.

ServClin reserves the right to decline service to any customer based on the vetting results.

  1. Booking & Cancellations

Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  1. Cleaning Services

4.1 Scope of Work

ServClin provides standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services.

All cleaning services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen & bathroom cleaning.

Additional requests (e.g., inside appliances, windows, garages) may incur extra charges.

Clients must provide safe access to the premises for scheduled cleanings.

4.2 Limitations & Liability

ServClin does not clean areas containing hazardous materials, mold, biohazards, or excessive clutter.

We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing fragile or broken items unless caused by gross negligence.

Clients must secure valuables and sensitive items before service.

  1. Laundry Services

5.1 Wash & Fold Services

Laundry is washed, dried, and folded based on the preferences selected at booking.

ServClin does not guarantee stain removal, though we use best practices.

We are not responsible for shrinkage, discoloration, or fabric damage due to manufacturer defects or improper labeling.

5.2 Special Items

Delicate, dry-clean-only, or special-care items require separate handling and pricing.

Customers must clearly label delicate items; otherwise, they will be processed as standard laundry.

5.3 Lost or Damaged Items

ServClin takes care to prevent loss or damage, but liability is limited to $50 per order for lost or damaged items.

Claims for missing/damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due at the time of booking or upon service completion.

Subscription plans are billed automatically every month.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.

If a service is not completed due to ServClin’s fault, a credit or reschedule will be offered.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate service details and safe working conditions.

Laundry items must be sorted and free of hazardous materials (e.g., sharp objects, solvents).

ServClin is not responsible for incorrect laundry sorting or pre-existing damages.

  1. Service Modifications & Termination

ServClin reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Customers who abuse services, engage in misconduct, or fail to meet payment obligations may be permanently removed from our system.

  1. Liability Limitations

ServClin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Maximum liability per customer claim is limited to the total cost of the service provided.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, US, and disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming, US.
