About the Vetting Process
Why does ServClin have a vetting process?
Our vetting process ensures we work with clients who align with our quality, safety, and reliability standards. This allows us to provide premium service to responsible and committed customers while maintaining efficiency for our team.
What happens after I apply?
Once you complete the application form and vetting fee payment, our team will:
—Approve or decline your application within 48 hours.
—Review your details (location, service preferences, etc.).
—Schedule a short intro call via Calendly to confirm expectations.
—Verify home accessibility and laundry setup (photos may be requested for clarity).
What happens if my application is approved?
If approved, you will receive a welcome email with:
—Your first appointment link to schedule a cleaning or laundry service.
—A discounted subscription offer if you opt for ongoing services.
—Details on how to manage your bookings online.
What happens if my application is rejected?
If your application is not approved, we will notify you via email with the reason. In certain cases, we may provide guidance on what can be adjusted to reapply in the future. The vetting fee is non-refundable since it covers administrative costs.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a cleaning or laundry service?
Once you’re onboarded as an approved customer, you’ll be provided access to the Mobile App for scheduling online. It takes less than 60 seconds.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without any fees. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! We offer same-day and emergency cleaning/laundry services based on availability. A small priority booking fee may apply.

How do you handle cleaning services?
Our professional cleaners follow a detailed checklist based on your chosen service:
—Standard Cleaning – Dusting, vacuuming, kitchen, bathroom, and common areas.
—Deep Cleaning – Includes detailed scrubbing, baseboards, appliances, and extra attention to hidden dirt.
—Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning – Includes inside cabinets, closets, and sanitization of all surfaces.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable products that are safe for children and pets. If you prefer specific products, you can provide them for our team.
Will the same cleaner come every time?
We do our best to send the same professional for recurring customers. However, schedules may vary, and we always ensure a trained expert is assigned.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, but you must provide secure access (key, code, or concierge entry). If you have specific instructions, please include them when booking.
Laundry Services
How does laundry pickup work?
It’s simple:
—Schedule a pickup time online or through our Mobile App.
—Place your laundry in a bag (no need to sort).
—We collect, wash, fold, and return it fresh within 24-48 hours.
What’s included in the laundry service?
We offer wash & fold, delicate handling, and linen services. You can select:
—Standard Wash & Fold – Sorted, washed, dried, folded, and delivered.
—Delicates & Special Care – Hand-wash or low-heat drying as needed.
—Airbnb & Hospitality Linens – Bulk service for sheets, towels, and uniforms.
What if I have special laundry preferences?
No problem! You can specify:
—Preferred detergent (hypoallergenic, scent-free, etc.).
—Low-heat drying for delicates.
—Hand-wash or air-dry options.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
No! Unfortunately, we currently do not offer any dry cleaning services.
